The Last Book 📖
Dear lovely readers!
As usual, let me start with a question..❓
What is the last hardcopy book you have read?
I need to be more specific because we have digital books now.. Do you have a library membership? 🏢
Reading books improves creativity. I am sure you agree with me if you are not a GenZ. I am not against GenZ; it is just that they did not have the opportunity to explore this much, so they really can't have an opinion about it.
When was the last time you went to a library and hit the books to find out a fact and not just use a digital search engine? 🔍
I know the digital search engine saves time. But there is a flip side to this when you do a manual search, you also learn some additional information, and reading from a book gives you a lasting impression in your memory than reading digitally.
Now, it's your turn to ask me a question. What book did you last read? I am guilty as charged. The last book I read was Inferno by Dan Brown. I realized that it had been over a decade. I am not going to give any justifications for this, because this will not change the fact that the book-reading habit was lost in the process.
Now is better than never. As a first step, I have taken membership from the nearby library. I will update you soon on my experience.
Meanwhile, dear readers, do comment on the last book you read and share your experiences!
With love
Your buddy ☺
